Antigua and Barbuda, 16 April 2026 – In December 2025, for the second consecutive year, Fitches Creek received the Best Kept Community Prize at Antigua’s National Garden Festival, organised by the Community Development and Citizens Engagement Division of the Ministry of Social Transformation. Supported by a Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) small grant under its second investment in the Caribbean Islands Biodiversity Hotspot, FCRA has been implementing the project “Building a Constituency for Conservation in the NEMMA and Fitches Creek Bay through Community Education and Capacity Building” since July 2023.
