The Caribbean Natural Resources Institute (CANARI) hosted a virtual course on ‘Participatory Information and Communication Tools (ICTs) and approaches’ in November 2022-January 2023. This virtual course provided training in creating participatory knowledge products commonly used by CANARI such as photo journals, geographic information system (GIS) story maps and participatory videos. The course is part of the initiative on Strengthening nature-based enterprises and livelihoods which is a sub-project under the Global Environment Facility funded project – Integrating Water, Land and Ecosystems Management in Caribbean Small Island Developing States (GEF-IWEco) Project being implemented by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
