Action Research and Learning Group

The Action Research and Learning Group (ARLG) comprises two representatives from each of the 10 civil society organisations selected to participate in the Going from strength to strength project (see below) plus two representatives from CANARI (in addition to the facilitators). The intention is that it should meet at least annually during the project and provide an opportunity for facilitator-led capacity building, peer exchange and field study. The hope is that the relationships built during the workshops will provide the basis for ongoing networking, exchange of information and collaboration on projects of mutual interest, and this has proved to be the case so far, with common interests and values overcoming the challenges of different languages and cultures.
