Port of Spain, October 13th, 2021 – The Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF) and the Caribbean Natural Resources Institute (CANARI) announce the launch of the first call for proposals under the CEPF Phase II investment in the Caribbean Islands.

Small grants: US$5,000 to US$50,000

Large grants: > US$50,000

Open date: Wednesday, 13 October 2021 – 9:00 AM GMT-5

Closing date: Sunday, 21 November 2021 – 11:59 PM GMT-5

Non-governmental organisations, community groups, producer groups, private enterprises/small businesses, universities, and other civil society organisations active in the following priority CEPF sites and conservations corridors in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica are invited to submit letters of inquiry (LOIs):

CEPF and the RIT will host an informational webinar for prospective applicants on Tuesday, 19 October 2021 from 2.00 – 3.30 p.m. (GMT-5, Jamaica); 3.00 – 4.30 p.m. (GMT-4, Dominican Republic).
